Once a payment is successfully processed and access to the course or service is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Nature of Digital Products

Our courses and services are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content — where access is granted immediately and the content can be consumed right away — refunds are not applicable. Once you receive access to the course material, the transaction is considered complete.

3. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

We strongly encourage all users to carefully review the course description, curriculum, features, and any available preview content before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course details and agree to this No Refund Policy.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Trade with Plan in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a payment processing error.
  • Technical Failure: If a payment is deducted but the course access is not granted due to a system or technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.).

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway. Trade with Plan does not store your credit/debit card details, bank account information, or any other sensitive payment data on our servers.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We request that you reach out to us directly to resolve any payment-related concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
